Michael Smith

Michael has been CrossFitting for 3+ years and comes from a Gaelic Football background at school and University level. Recentley he finished 1st in the Irish Fitness Champs, 1st in Celtic Cup Team comp and also competed as far a field as Malta finishing 2nd in a stacked field in the Malta Throwdown.  He also runs his own buisness (Est.28).

Zöe Kerr

Zoe has represented Ireland internationally in the sport of trampolining. After competing at the World Championships she decided to shift her focus to CrossFit in 2017.
-
In a year and a half Zoe has solidified herself as one of the best Female Teen athletes in the world. Having finished 35th worldwide, 1st in Central Europe and 1st the UK she narrowly missed going to the CrossFit Games in the 16/17 age category.
